- What are the main points employers are looking for in CV's and cover letters? For instance, specific words, phrases, experience.
Any advice for someone just starting in the industry?
Any tips for someone who doesn’t really know what they wants to do in the industry?
Is freelance worth it, is it difficult
Can you give me some advice for a person who has no experience or qualifications in TV/Film but has the transferable attributes? On how to gain the foot in the door, what positions would be best to start in to learn, how to show my theatre abilities in a way that will suit the industry?

How would your recommend graduates build up contacts?
I don’t officially have credits, but I have worked on projects, live events and programmes uncredited. Is this still beneficial to the hiring process as experience or do employers just look at credits?
