- What are the main points employers are looking for in CV's and cover letters? For instance, specific words, phrases, experience.
Any advice for someone just starting in the industry?

How would your recommend graduates build up contacts?
I don’t officially have credits, but I have worked on projects, live events and programmes uncredited. Is this still beneficial to the hiring process as experience or do employers just look at credits?
