Self-shooting producer of multiple short scientific docs, covering wildlife work in various parts of Europe, for digital and corporate presentation for clients such as Bayer and Corteva.Following a first career as a wildlife biologist, managing all aspects of complex field studies in sometimes remote locations, I’ve been making films about those studies – and looking to move into broadcast doing similar work.I have a strong scientific background (and a PhD), I’m a confident and competent shooter on FS7 and FS5 (my own cameras), and I’m qualified to fly drones in the UK (A2C of C) and EU.I’m experienced in filming: wildlife, in the field and in sets; people – actuality, observational, interviews, presentations; and with negotiating access, locations etc. I write VO scripts, light and direct interviews, record sound and edit (FCPX for preference).I have a full driving licence; I’m an experienced off-road driver and a first-aider.
