From their award-winning team, we are joined by head of talent Hattie Wood, head of production, Lianne Hickey and head of development, Tom Garton to chat about what it's like to work for Wonderhood, the projects they have coming up and what types of freelancers they are looking to work with.

What is your disability policy? Having recently been diagnosed with something that is classed as a disability I have found that it makes no difference what so ever as I am getting flat out rejected without even getting to the interview stage, including Wonderhood in the past seven days. What is the disability policy for your company?

I have a question for the panel, when and if the opportunity arises:

Watching, for example, Evacuation (which was outstanding) you clearly value working with a "proper" crew including a Director of Photography – something which is seemingly becoming less common in a world where many opt for alternatives such as Shooting PDs etc.

How do you select your "talent" such as a DP? Such positions so rarely seem to be advertised in the same way as PD etc roles are...

Really interesting.  Tom, thanks for breaking down the Wonderhood structure - there's clearly healthy dialogue and mixing with other departments.  My question is to Lianne; how much 'lateral movement' is there within the company? - i.e. can Production people join in e.g. TV department and, if qualified, then move across to advertising team? Or are the departments mutually exclusive (from a Talent POV)?
