I worked with Kim on The Repair Shop (BBC1). Apart from being a lovely, friendly person, she was also an absolute professional. Incredibly focused, straight talking, with no frills. Repair Shop has lots of moving parts to it, and Kim made everything work perfectly. As an editor, I would work with her again in an instant.
