I'm an experienced award winning composer. I landed my first commission in 1990 - (update, Eurogamer.net published a retrospective on my first game 'SWIV' on July 31st 2023), learned the art of scoring to picture through the unorthodox medium of scoring games. I rose the ranks to Head of Music for Sony in the games industry before going freelance in 2001. I broke into film/tv in 2010 and now score projects in all 3 industries. As a classically trained composer my forte is in writing distinctive, memorable melodies for acoustic instruments, be it for a boutique ensemble of unusual ethnic woodwinds & percussion through to a rock band with an orchestra and a choir.
