It was a privilege and a pleasure to follow and film West Midlands Ambulance Service as they went about providing a vital service - more topical now than ever.

As we embedded within our crews, we discovered more about the people behind the uniform - what makes them laugh, cry and everything in-between! The series continues to showcase the variety a day-in-the-life of a Paramedic can bring, the many different people they meet and scenarios they face. It was interesting to witness the change in call-outs between day and night. (The night shifts were relatively easy to adapt to...with the help of coffee.)
