I pride myself on being an observant and open person and am comfortable taking the initiative in a variety of team situations. Using my resourcefulness, I’ve taken a variety of training courses that allowed me to transition to working as Production Secretary on The Family Pile for Hat Trick Productions/ITV. I was also Exec Coordinator & Associate Producer with Innit Inc (the start-up production company of youtuber Tom Simons), as well as balancing professional freelance producing. I have been told that I ask the right questions, get to work on tasks with good care taken of time management and am conscious of remaining flexible and checking in/reporting back when needed. I’ve also had leadership training focusing on team and budget management from two national institutions – leading to my being keeping a level head in high pressure situations, being honest and clear, whilst still being able to have a laugh.
