I'm a highly experienced Series / Senior Edit Producer. Credits include Hunted (Channel 4), Surgeons at the Edge of Life (BBC 2), Rick Stein's Food Stories (BBC 2), Rick Stein's Cornwall (BBC 2), The Island with Bear Grylls (Channel 4), Operation Ouch (CBBC) and Inside the Factory (BBC 2). I have worked across popular and specialist factual, on landmark, primetime and daytime shows, for most of the main broadcasters. I have experience of shaping new series, rescuing shows that have run into difficulties and turning series around on tight schedules and budgets. I have staffed and set up whole edits, attended viewings and delivered notes, trained/mentored more junior Edit Producers, dealt directly with Commissioners and edit produced across multiple suites at once. Above all, I love the satisfaction of mining the very best out of any set of rushes and constructing the most compelling story I can. I am decisive and creative, with a thoughtful, problem-solving approach and excellent writing skills.
