Since leaving production to launch the TM, I've worked to build a platform that is progressive - from developing the first free-for-freelancers jobs' site (read here about how things used to be! https://www.thetalentmanager.com/blog/481/why-jobs-should-be-free-to-apply-to-open-and-accessible-to-all) to building our real-time RateChecker (which monitors freelancer's pay) launching our suite of diversity tools (to ensure behind the scenes talent becomes more representative of the audiences we serve) and now our TM Hub (which helps freelancers connect & network on a platform that doesn't sell your data).

We are a small team here at TM and are very proud of this; and of our mentoring, training, and work to promote job sharing, but we're nothing without our community, and are immensely grateful to you for your continuing support.
