I have known Nadya for nearly 20yrs, she is an incredibly versatile, creative and dedicated producer/director who brings a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm to her projects. Nadya is considerate and respectful with everyone she works with whether they are programme contributors, colleagues or broadcasters. Her negotiation skills are exceptional along with her attention to detail, Nadya delivers thoughtful content on time and to budget.
I worked with Nadya for 4 years or more at Cafe Productions. Nadya is a multi-skilled, multi-talented and highly motivated person. She is one of those rare people who possesses both the ability and experience to manage budgets and organise scheduling and shooting, combined with the creative talent to research and direct. Added to which she has worked across a wide range of genres. Few people are more dedicated, hard-working, honest and trustworthy. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
