We hear TM member Exec @MerielBeale has helped with the research for the tool. Meriel can you tell us more about how it works?

A much needed service - so important to have these options in today's working environment. Powerful artwork too.
Thanks @MerielBeale @HannahBrown @JessicaNoone - a really useful tool for gathering data and case studies and encouraging people to reflect on incidents they may have experienced - or witnessed.

Spot is a really useful tool where you are guided through your experience step by step so you can record every detail. It’s amazing what you forget 6 months down the line so incredibly important to log everything and have it all in one place. I think it’s particularly useful for those who might not feel ready to speak to someone yet. It helps you not only record details of what, when and who, but also the impact it had on you, or your colleague, which is incredibly important. All confidential.

Yes I agree - so important to have these structures and support in place as we’ve all encountered bullying in one form or another - great initiative
