@SarahLee I think it's great when TM share industry news from Broadcast so people without an account can keep up to date with what's happening in the industry and it's also a place to showcase recent work. I love the fact that our data is not being sold too! (certainly makes a change)

@SarahLee I like reading about industry experiences, the pros and cons. Also, posts which say how and why the industry needs to change to support inclusivity and diversity, for those that make TV and those who watch it.

@SarahLee So, I know I'm part of the TM team but as a person who used to be a tv freelancer, I love seeing BTS selfies of people shouting out their amazing work colleagues and your exclusive insights into programmes you've worked on and what the experience of creating the shows that we watch was like IRL!

@SarahLee Of course it's very frustrating + difficult for freelancers who've had no work for ages + have nothing to shout about. BUT the Hub remains a space where we're ALL free to engage, share highs & lows, get information, support and generally feel part of a freelance community. As decades spent in the often isolating freelance world, TM Hub a is real place to connect. The 'billboard' availability notices are fundamentally unfair on those sticking to the rule. I welcome its enforcement.

@SarahLee If there's nothing to shout about, how about some networking ice-breaker games, getting to know the community, such as 2 truths and a lie?
