@CharlesRoskilly sorry to hear this. Are you regularly checking your TM inbox? Companies do feedback that way and i can see one of the recent companies you applied to has sent you a message. It is particuarly quiet at the moment too. We do try and make it easy for cos to feedback more but often they dont which is very remiss i think

I login to TM pretty much every day and I check all alerts and messages.

The 200+ jobs I've applied for, is over the space of 5 years. First looking for Runner jobs, then Researcher and now AP.
I have good credits, lots of experience but don't seem to get anywhere with my TM applications.
I stopped subscribing to TM Pro because it made no difference in helping me to find work.
What percentage of jobs posted on TM and filled by a TM application?

How soon after a job is posted should you apply? How risky is it if you treat the closing date as a deadline, rather than apply straight away?

Have you given any thought to a tiered membership fee like Bectu (union) do?

It feels unbalanced that a runner (or someone unemployed) would pay the same as an exec producer.
