I have a question for the panel, if possible please. Jobs posted on places like The Talent Manager are *typically* for PDs, Shooting PDs, Researchers, PMs, PCs, etc. When you need them, how do you crew roles such as DPs/Camera Ops/Sound Recordists etc? Thank you :)
