Hi Emma, thanks for your question. We ask for people to please have a minimum of three TV researcher credits. Or the equivalent in TV news, audio/radio, online.

If things don't work out or go according to plan, it's not always a failure when you look back in hindsight. Could be the start of something bigger and better! Really interesting to hear that the scheme works with people's ambitions.
