I’m an experienced Production Coordinator with a background in Documentaries, Factual Entertainment, Drama, Live and Natural History formats. 

I’ve worked on location internationally as well as in studio environments.  I’ve worked with A-List talent, contributors, the public  and coordinated both large and small crews including multi-unit shoots. 

I’ve set up shoots and live performances globally in locations including USA, China, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Qatar, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia and in the EU and UK.  I’m knowledgeable in international visa requirements, arranging carnets and temporary import-export documents and organizing international travel and logistics. 

I’m adept with budget management and finance reconciliation, using PMI and Moneypenny finance systems.  I'm knowledgeable of post-production deliverables processes for a variety of commissioners.  I am confident with reviewing EDLs, sourcing, licensing and logging archive, processing music cue sheets for commissioned and commercial music, using Soundmouse, and producing, acquiring and collating documents for legal binders including filming permits and release forms.
