I have worked as a DoP, long lens cinematographer, producer, drone pilot and Shotover Tech for over 15 years. I have strong shooting skills and the proven ability to set up shoots and follow character led stories.

With a background in Journalism and a Masters Degree in Documentary Wildlife Filmmaking, I have experience ranging from filming and producing bluechip natural history for clients such as Terra Mater Factual Studios, Smithsonian TV, National Geographic and BBC Studios to obs-docs, fact ent and commercials for the United Nations, GreenPeace and Amnesty International.

I have produced and DoP'd series on topics ranging from Wildlife Trafficking in Bolivia and Latin America to drug use and other social issues in Scandinavia. I've documented Human Wildlife conflicts and the violation of indigenous people's rights across Africa, Asia and Europe and have also filmed travel shows and high end commercials for clients like Jaguar and Landrover. I thrive on creating new formats and adding cinematic quality to existing shows and series.

I am a trained Shotover Technician and operator, have over 20 000 hours of field experience using the latest camera, gimbal, drone, camera trap and cable cam technology. I work well with people, am story driven in my approach to filming and work well, both in teams and on my own.

I work fast and safely and I am an experienced problem solver in all environments, ranging from +48c in the Namib Desert, to Minus 37 in the Arctic circle and most environments in between.
