Bright Branch Media, the indie behind both Inside Longleat and Doctor Who Unleashed, and Little Bird Films, which produced Boom Town: How Merthyr Made the World, are among the 11 companies taking part in Pact’s Future Wales scheme.
The two-year development initiative, run with Creative Wales, aims to unlock the potential of Welsh indies through a programme of tailored leadership and development, with access to industry experts and free Pact membership for the scheme’s duration.
The other nine indies selected for the two-year development scheme are:
- AI-focused indie Deep Fusion Films
- Predominantly Welsh-language indies Captain Jac and Slam Media
- Unscripted indie On Par Productions
- TV development consultancy Awkward Studios
- Crash Productions, which produces Channel4.com series Like or Death
- Jet TV, which made BBC Our Lives doc Treasure Sisters
- Pan-genre indie Osprey Television
- Inter Talent Group-backed Pixie Creative
