SMTJ are so proud to have been commissioned by ScreenSkills to run a small Job-sharing programme. We have matched 20 talented and experienced job-share pairs from a range of Craft and Tech roles and will be placing 6 pairs on HETV productions starting before April 2022.
We are now looking for productions paying into the ScreenSkills HETV Skills fund to place our job-share pairs. Job-sharing is a key tool for employing and retaining diverse and experienced talent and this ScreenSkills programme will fund the extra day for the job-sharers to handover in person. This programme can help productions hit diversity targets or bring back experienced crew who have caring commitments or are looking at retirement.
