In 14 months of being on TM I've had 1,706 views of my profile, and yet, nothing has come of it. I'm not a newbie knocked out my first 42 music tracks for TV commercials from 1992, The Times, Nike, Wrigley's, Ibuleve, Otex, Batchi, Guiness, Post Office, Volvo. 7 feature films inc. stars like Robert Vaughn, Sean Pertwee, Keith Allen, John Rhys-Davis, Dame Joan Collins, worked with Irvine Welsh, I could go on. Been a musician since the age of 10. What I don't get here on TM is the feel that work is being procured from being on here. I hear many subjects of worthy ethical debate, but not a lot of push and shove to get a gig? As it is I think one is unfairly "hamstrung" on here by 5 contacts a month only, in fact, why is there a restriction at all, are we trying to be "Linkedin"? Anyone else on here pissed-off with the show-hype and no $ results? I thought it was about business within the TV and film industry "to make money" from meeting the right connections on TM? I know I'm not getting anything from it but I know who is? TM.
