If you’re a witness to bullying there are things you can do to help. It’s always good to open dialogue with the person who is being bullied, let them know that you care and discuss how they want to approach the situation. You can tell them how to access our services so that they can find out what their options are.
I would also suggest that you use the recording tool - Spot - to take notes of the bullying you’re witnessing. It could help to build a case if the bullying gets worse or isn't addressed.
Although Spot isn't a reporting mechanism, the record you make can form the basis of a complaint. Download your chat into a PDF document which you can retain or email to someone.
Call 0800 054 0000 to book an appointment. We can look at it together and decide what to do next. - Bullying Pathway Advisor
The service is completely confidential. You may be asked to provide anonymous information to help improve the service but nothing that would ever identify you. The one-to-one's will be over the phone. - Bullying Advisor
