I hope you are well! I am currently doing my dissertation in language diversity in the TV and radio industry in the UK as part of my MA in Cross-Cultural Communication at Newcastle University. My aim is to support diversity in the workplace, so I believe it may be beneficial for both employees and employers.

As I want to know more about people's experience working in the media industry having English as a second language, I am looking for English second-language speakers who work in the British TV and radio industry. The participation is both voluntary and confidential and the research has received full ethical approval.
