I am an experienced and enthusiastic content producer and intercultural communication strategist. Over the last 10 years, I have been producing content for brands and broadcasters and streamers, supporting bringing to life exciting stories, from reality shows to football documentaries to concert live broadcasting, including for Netflix, BBC and Sky. With experience producing content in the UK and abroad, my aim is to support the industry to improve representativity, diversity and inclusion on-screen.During my recent MA in Cross-Cultural Communication, I had the chance to research the experience of immigrant women who work on and off-screen and analyse the main challenges to make the industry more diverse. This opportunity allowed me to understand the industry from a different perspective, including talent growth and cultural expectations for intercultural casts.With a keen eye for detail and having supported brands and organisations to anticipate issues and potential reputation damages and create content following brand and editorial guidelines, I aim to combine my comms skills and TV knowledge to support production companies, broadcasters and streamers to close the gaps and enhance diversity, equity and inclusion to improve the way that minority groups have been represented.
