Last year I took a proactive gamble, I left a full time senior nursing position. This came following the success of my short films.

I am now 6 months into a BBC production apprenticeship, another twist in the journey that I've found myself on.

Never would I have ever believed that I would be given the freedom to produce part of a live radio show, be able to produce a podcast from scratch, edit audio to industry standards, to pitching my own ideas for my future plans.

I can honestly say this has been a truly surprising journey, at the end will I be saying a goodbye to Nursing and producing and creating full time? Let's just wait and see...
