@KateHampel a few years ago we were sitting in a busy bar in the Florida Keys when this guy came up to us and asked if he and his friends could share our table. Turns out they were a bunch of retired FBI agents & airline pilots. He had just retired after flying 777s for United for 20 years… before that he was an F-16 Top Gun and Instructor. Absolutely amazing guy, and I’m still privileged to call him friend (he’s more interested in the crime docs I cut!)
