BAD REQUEST

For the 2nd time in a few months I've had a problem using the search function. Yesterday I tried to search the name of a production company, I got error message: BAD REQUEST.... then no other function on the site worked. Last time TM suggested I delete google search + cache history. This solves the TM problem, but means all sites I use have to be re signed in, cookies etc all accepted again, a time consuming nuisance. Why is this happening?

Hi Sheryl,

Thanks for reaching out.

The development team have raised a ticket to look into this but unfortunately the only work around at the moment is to delete cashes.

@SherylSandler BFE same problem with me. Did what you did and it worked again. It never used to be like that.

It worked, but it happened again - twice. And it was annoying because the solution impacted on other sites I use, having to go through cookies or other steps when coming back to them. It wasn't like that before, a new bug.
