What a wonderful evening it was!

I’m more than happy that the documentary Maternity: Broken Trust has again gained awareness through this nomination. It was so good to meet my colleagues at the BAFTAS!

I'd also like to thank Laura Warner for having faith in my editing skills,
and Tom Keeling from Pulse Films and Tom Giles from ITV for their extraordinary collaboration.

And a special thanks to all my colleagues who worked so hard.

It was a real privilege to put my knowledge to good use in this documentary.

Getting in touch with Jack Hawkins, who was accompanied by his former wife Sara, about the tragic and traumatic experiences of losing a child to indifference was touching, and the film will have a long-lasting impression on the structure of society.

A heartfelt thank you to all of the participants in the film for coming forward despite the personal pain they experienced.

Congratulations to the winner of a Bafta for this category, Current Affairs ‘Stage of Rage’, a documentary about the dreadful and gruesome situation in Gaza (currently still on Channel 4).
