Basic member: Do CVs used for applications remain on application?

Added 1 year ago

As a basic member, I applied for a job today and uploaded a new CV. There are other jobs I would also like to apply for, but using a different CV. If I upload yet another CV for these new applications, will the first CV I used for the initial appplication remain there for that application? Does anyone know?

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for reaching out.
As a basic user you can have 1 CV on your profile. If you apply for jobs with different CV's the last one uploaded will be the one visible across all applications submitted.

Best wishes,
Valentina

"yes thats right" if you are a basic user and you are applying for multiple different job roles you need to have one cv that encompasses all. This said sometimes the employer opts to see your favorited three credits when you are applying, so in these cases you can obviously select relevant credits to highlight for that specific job.

@SarahLee the highlighter function is a useful addition to the application, even for Pros with multiple CVs.
BTW, understandably in these tough times many are posting availability on the Hub. But it's unfair to the rest of TM, not to say annoying to someone who may have had no work for ages, to see posts like 'looking to fill a gap' or 'just finished job so available'. Isn't the Hub a place to share ideas, problems, pleasures?
