As someone who has spent years working in the film and TV industry, I’ve witnessed first-hand the passion, dedication, and creativity that drives our work. But I’ve also seen the darker side—the stress, the pressure, and the all-too-common reality of mental health struggles, financial instability, and job insecurity that many in our community face.
Right now, the UK’s film and TV industry is grappling with a crisis. Mental health challenges are on the rise, with so many feeling isolated, unsupported, and overwhelmed.
