@JulianThomas Good piece, and it's spot on about government needing to take a more proactive role in overseeing the 'market.' TV - and the creative industries generally - are so important to UK PLC but it needs some guardrails and structures in place to help safeguard the creativity which, at its heart, is the people, most of whom are freelancers.
