@RobinParker as yet, as far as i understand, no freelancers are involved in AfF. If so, this seems like a massive omission. Also, if the structural issues aren’t addressed, such as the low level of network job opportunity for off-screen talent based in the Nations, not much will change. And change is urgently needed.
