Industry bodies blast Ofcom's 'arbitrary' C4 N&R increase

1) "At least 12%" will be seen by C4 as a cap. They previously publicly stated that there is not the quality, quantity of talent or scale of indie to deliver to the standard they require. This is extremely offensive.
2) The 12% will be shared amongst the three Nations so arguably not much of an increase let alone an improvement on the current situation.
4) BBC 16+ is per capita, why should C4 be any different? It shouldn’t.

● To better serve audiences in the nations and regions
