1) "At least 12%" will be seen by C4 as a cap. They previously publicly stated that there is not the quality, quantity of talent or scale of indie to deliver to the standard they require. This is extremely offensive.
2) The 12% will be shared amongst the three Nations so arguably not much of an increase let alone an improvement on the current situation.

4) BBC 16+ is per capita, why should C4 be any different? It shouldn’t.

@SarahLee 5) This raises the question, what is the point of C4? Is it to be a business that competes with its digital rivals? Or, should it act in a way that is more in keeping with its three central objectives?

@SarahLee C4 is not creating jobs around the whole of the UK in a fair and equitable way. This ‘Reconsultation' feels like a fait accompli, (it’s being conducted over the school holidays), and is designed to keep C4 London/SE of England-centric.
