Very sad to read this. I worked with her and she was warm and funny but gritty. What a loss.

Emma worked with us here too. For quite a long stint before she was ill and then also after. She went back into production in the meantime which was her real passion. I’ll always remember her as someone whose heart was in projects that championed the underdog and who had an enormous sense of fun. She lived locally as well so knew all the best local bars, restaurants and sample sales. RIP lovely Emma. Shoreditch is less fun without you xx

My god, I had no idea she was ill! Emma was an incredibly nice and welcoming person to work with. Such terrible news.

This is incredibly sad to read. I worked with Emma many years back on a day time series for BBC and she was absolutely lovely - with a very dry sense of humour x
