Congratulations to our friends Deaf and Disabled People in TV @CarolineO'Neill @CharliePheby who have announced that they will be working on a brand new campaign, alongside Bectu Unscripted, Equity UK & Bournemouth Uni - "Disability by Design - Representation in TV"

Their aim is to promote increased representation of the deaf and disabled TV professionals both on and off-screen in the UK and the first phase of the campaign is to answer a survey, open for the next 4 weeks, gathering info on best practise, recruitment, disclosure, reasonable adjustments in the workplace and ableism/disability discrimination.

We wholly support fair representation in TV, enabling companies to use our diversity dashboard to specifically search & recruit for those TM users who have stated they have a disability.
