Just learning the SEO stuff now so it's baby steps and quite daunting. At first I thought it was like learning Chinese, which I know nothing about, but I have learnt 3 other languages so even with Chinese, I'd kinda know where to start. This is more like learning the physics of an interstellar dust cloud, not only do I not know anything, I don't even know what questions to ask!
After a bit of tinkering on an older vid that had tailed off to 10 views a week, I got it back to 100 in a day. We've got slightly more of a handle on it now - though our SEO still isn't fully optimised. It's pretty interesting stuff though as it's not like TV where you can make interesting content and people will find it in the listings, you actively have to plan with keyword SEO tools in advance of filming - this has only recently dawned on us.
