With a rich tapestry of 25 years in the broadcast industry as a seasoned Director of Photography, my journey has been both diverse and enriching. From high-profile Disney ventures to indie darlings, I've navigated projects of all scales, spanning every corner of the globe. My career began with humble roots as a scriptwriter and editor, instilling in me a unique understanding of the production process. Rooted in a lifelong passion for photography, I approach each project with fresh eyes, constantly seeking innovative perspectives. My focus is on crafting visuals that breathe life into narratives, ensuring each project reaches its full potential.

Collaboration is key to my approach. I work closely with directors, diving into scripts and locations well in advance to ensure alignment on vision and execution. Adaptability is a cornerstone of my ethos, allowing me to thrive in any environment or situation.

In terms of equipment, I have a fondness for RED Digital cinema cameras for their reliability and exceptional performance.

My core strengths are in lighting and handheld shooting. I've recently gone back to my roots in Food programming and have set up a youtube channel with a couple of friends. With an editor and chef, we've now produced 10 episodes, all shot on Red cameras for our channel. It's been a steep learning curve to transition to new media trying to unpick google's algorithym, learn SEO strategy and Affiliate marketing. However, we've been so pleased with what we've achieved, we're now looking to expand that portfolio with a couple of other new chefs.
