The Time Project is all about Teamwork..
“What is important is that we make sure to work together, that we understand our strength comes from unity and not division.” – Barack Obama
TV folk need to work together to make real change in our industry. The Time Project has been built to bring us together to help create a fairer workplace for all of us. It’s anonymous and informative.
The Time Project is not just for freelancers, it’s for staff employees to use too. In fact, staff employees may hold the key to a fairer work-life balance.
Without your data – we are not able to show if this is a true representation of how the industry operates so we’re calling on staffers to sign up. It might be that you are very happy with your hours, your pay, your work-life balance and feel like there is no need to document your hours. The truth is the opposite. The Time Project is as much about those achieving a good balance and a healthy workplace (and what we can learn from that) as it is about highlighting those that are struggling.
Without it we are unable to make informed and educated decisions and recommendations for better practice. Data shows patterns of working, well-being and where pressure points occur.
