"Not eligible" Criteria - Despite Being 'Eligible...'

I've noticed a few of these lately on job posts:"You are not eligible to apply for this job as it does not match any of the job titles listed in your credits."Despite the fact that the job role type is indeed list listed in my credits.Is this a glitch or are there some specific keywords thrown into the mix that's severely narrowed down what we can and can't apply for?

Hi Adam,Our system can be very sensitive so you are required to have an exact job match. For example if you try to apply for a "producer" role but your credits are "development producer" or "access producer", even though these are producer credits our algorithm will not register it as a job match.If you are every interested in applying for a role you believe you are qualified for please email me at support@thetalentmanager.com and i can open the role for you.

Hi Martin,Can you tell me the job title and the company name and i can look into this for you as this should not be happening.
