@CraigDuncan Have you checked out the ratechecker on the community tab of TM? You can put in a job role and platform and it will come back with average rates. There are tens of thousands of rates added there now so worth doing

BECTU rates are up to date for the second batch.
Not sure why you think they aren’t

Hi Craig. We did update the rate guidance in January this year and it's downloadable here: https://members.bectu.org.uk/advice-resources/library/3007
Hope that helps.

@craigduncan you might find this useful for the Runner grades. https://tvwatercooler.org/latest/how-much-should-i-be-paidThe PMA publishes a rates guide for Production Management roles. https://www.pma.org.uk/_include/images/addoncontent/download/1-pma-pay-guide-nov-2022.docx

Hi Craig, as Dean mentioned - that is the latest UTVU / Bectu Unscripted Rate Negotiation Guide. You can also find a bit more context on the website here: https://www.utvu.co.uk/rates

Hi Craig,I think this has already been answered but this link gives Bectu's most up-to-date ratecards. The Writers, Producers and Directors Branch's covers most of these but also the Unscripted Branch then the different branches for post-production, camera and sound should do the trick. https://bectu.org.uk/get-involved-in-the-union/ratecards/?s=Ratecards&f=all

One thing to consider is that as the rates are all about a year old (they tend to be updated in April) and RPI is currently 14.2%, you should add at least 10% to each quoted rate.
