So refreshing to hear your attitude to inclusive working. I had to leave telly for a while as our daughter has complex additional needs so 'old school' production just couldn't work for me 12 years ago. Mad that the global pandemic has helped ease those obstacles with advent of flexi / remote working opportunities.
