I am an RTS award-winning PD/SP who enjoys making factual films with good humour and minimum drama. I also benefit from 5 years of experience at Series Editor/Exec level at the BBC overseeing shows for BBC South East, BBC1, BBC2 and BBC 4. But have now left the BBC and I am enjoying getting back to what I really love; being on location as a shooting PD. My last project was to self shoot a 60 min for Channel 5 "Holiday Scams". I have more than 30 years experience in broadcasting; all of it in the factual genre. I have worked on programmes about science, history, genealogy, factual entertainment, consumer affairs, showbiz and news and current affairs. I have worked on every aspect of the production process – ideas, research, producing, reporting, presenting, budgeting, shooting, editing, grading, delivery and have also handled tricky legal and editorial issues.
