Applications are officially open for the 2022 iteration of our core Grierson DocLab training scheme. Aimed at new entrants to the industry aged 18-25 and UK-based, the programme will equip 12 successful candidates with the skills, confidence and networks to thrive in factual TV and documentary making 🎬
Do you know a young person trying to make it in the industry? Someone who doesn’t have an ‘in’ or know where to look to take their first step? Why not let them know about Grierson DocLab?
We’re looking for applicants interested in exploring a variety of new entrant roles – people who have fresh perspectives, creative ideas and a positive, can-do attitude towards the scheme and their career in TV to apply.
We also especially welcome applications from people currently under-represented in the TV industry. So, if you’re from a lower socio-economic background, the LGBTQ+ community, from an ethnic minority group, are a disabled person or are from outside of London (or any other group that is under-represented!), we’d love to hear from you.
