The film and TV industry thrives when people lift each other up.

That's why we were so pleased to support White Riot director Rubika Shah with a Community Grant which she used to fund four emerging female, Muslim and British Asian filmmakers.

Working with Sufia Sadullah, Kam Gandhi, Dee Hassan and Nileema Yesmin, she produced a series of visual poems that explore discrimination in our industry (and beyond).
