If I start a production company and need to advertise cast and crew jobs, how much does a Platform (like POP, TM, Mandy etc) charge to join and post the job? Do they take commission from the advert or the salary to pay to the hire? Eg: If I want to pay a DP 1 weeks work for £1000 would the platform charge me 20%?
