Managed to be head hunted by Atlantic to become Head of A&R/Talent Development at Atlantic Traxx Limited, a new record label specialising in dance and club music.

It's work from home and doesn't interfere with any work gained from Talent Manager as my label role is on my OWN time and hours and days etc!
