Companies agreeing commissions for less money in less time with pathetically small teams, who have to pick up the slack with everyone doing multiple jobs working silly hours as they're still expected s to deliver something of great quality. Yet you know someone is making a tidy profit at the expense of their workers well-being. All these companies boasting "voted top ten best place to work in TV" need to recognise that the bar is shockingly low and everyone needs to do better because lots of people want to leave TV.
