There's a slightly disturbing piece in Private Eye today about Keo Films suggesting it underwent a prepack adminstration agreement which 'jettison[ed] any duty to pay more than £800,000 to broadcasters and freelancers plus a further 1.7m to other unsecured creditors'. I realise TM isn't BECTU or the NUJ but is there a position on advising TM members of KEO's status? I can't readily find any mention of this on the TM site but one would hope this is relevent for all its members - and, if Private Eye is correct, people should exercise due diligence if they advertise jobs.
