STILL hitting the headlines today - the acute shortage of PMs at the mo. Talent Manager was approached to contribute to this article providing the concerning stats that "...of the 3,400 registered production managers and coordinators on the Talent Manager database, just 40 are currently listed as available"
However, we have a TOP TM TIP to find production talent still available for work on the TM - recruiters should keep their search filters WIDER than normal so their job notifications go to as many potential candidates as possible. There's a huge talent pool out there but recruiters may need to think more creatively about the skills and credits they need.
