What I would like to see is production companies sign up to measures to address and stop bullying on their productions. To offer confidential whistle****ing opportunities, to action complaints with proper HR procedure and, especially when rehiring individuals reported before for bullying, that extra precautions are taken to protect staff across the productions and to support staff who might need guidance in how they manage others on the company's behalf.
