✨NEW SERIES✨My daily step count has never been higher, walking the streets of Newcastle with the incredible people who give their all to keep the city safe - and making me fall in love with Geordies all over again!
Very excited to share that Geordie Coppers will hit your screens NOW at 10pm on Channel 4, made by an incredibly talented and tenacious team who made even the trickiest shoots feel easy (shoutout to my sunshine of a researcher @JackDavidson 🫶)
This series was a huge milestone for me: not only filming on the ground as Producer Director, but also cutting my teeth in the edit for the first time as Edit Producer. Let me tell you, there’s nothing more humbling than editing your own material - and nothing more exciting than seeing it all come together.
A huge thank you to @candour and @channel4skills for trusting me to step up and help shape a first series, and for making me fall in love with the edit. An even bigger thank you to the incredible staff at @newcastlene1 @northumbriapol @newcastlecouncil for letting us show their incredible work.
Please tune in if you can — and if you love it, you can binge the whole box set on C4 straight after! 📺
